Early in my career, I noticed a gap. So many people struggled with pelvic symptoms — leakage, pain, pressure — yet few practitioners felt equipped to help. I was one of them.
That realization led me to pursue rigorous mentorship with Ontario's leading pelvic health specialists and complete advanced certification through Pelvic Health Solutions. Now I focus entirely on this work. Every patient gets my full attention, every session.

Qualifications and training
Pelvic health physiotherapy requires specialized training beyond a general physiotherapy degree. Here is what I bring to your care:
Pelvic Health Solutions — Level 1, 2, and 3
The most comprehensive pelvic floor certification program in Canada, covering internal and external assessment, treatment of incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and pre/postnatal care.
Pediatric Pelvic Floor Physiotherapy
Specialized training in treating pelvic floor conditions in children, including bedwetting and bladder dysfunction.
Men's Pelvic Health Certification
Additional training in male pelvic floor conditions, including post-prostatectomy rehabilitation and chronic pelvic pain in men.
Advanced Mentorship
One-on-one clinical mentorship with Ontario's leading pelvic health specialists to refine assessment and treatment skills.
How I practice
Three principles guide every appointment.
Private and respectful
You are treated in a private room with full confidentiality. I explain every step before it happens, and nothing proceeds without your consent. Internal assessment is always optional.
Evidence-led care
Your treatment plan is grounded in current research and tailored to your body, your symptoms, and your goals. I adapt as you progress — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.
Progress you can feel
I track outcomes and adjust so you keep moving forward. You leave every session with a clear home program and an understanding of where you are headed.

Burlington Pelvic Physiotherapy is a division of OMNI Health and Rehab, located inside Burlington Hall Sporting Club. The space is calm, private, and designed for focused one-on-one care.

Billing and insurance
Pelvic physiotherapy is covered by most extended health insurance plans under physiotherapy benefits. Direct billing is available — I bill your insurance directly so you pay nothing out of pocket at the time of your visit.
No doctor's referral is required to book. You can also use your health spending account (HSA) or wellness spending account (WSA) if your plan includes one.
